RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Chautauqua Winery, we are committed to providing the best customer service possible, especially in the very rare case something goes wrong. If you open a bottle and find that it is defective, we will gladly exchange it for a bottle of equal or greater value. If you exchange an item for one of greater value, you will be asked to provide the retail price difference, along with any applicable taxes, at the time of the exchange. Since we cannot control how bottles are stored once they leave our possession, we will only accept bottles for exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items to be returned are subject to evaluation by our staff, and must be accompanied by your original sales receipt. We may also ask for you to return the product to our quality control department for inspection. Please do not dispose of defective products prior to discussing your options. Damaged gifts and other retail items purchased in our stores or online may also be subject to these guidelines. Clearance items are not subject to returns and exchanges.
Chautauqua Winery reserves the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

SHIPMENTS &DELIVERY
We do our best to make sure shipments arrive quickly and in good condition. However, glass is fragile and is subject to an occasional breakage. If your package is damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss your return options.
We are partnered with FedEx for the delivery of all packages. Adult signatures (21+) are required for the delivery of alcohol. You must have a photo ID readily available. Your tracking numbers are emailed to you once an order is placed. Monitoring the package movement is solely the customer’s responsibility. FedEx will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the package to sender.
Delivery fees are nonrefundable once the package has left our facility and our services are rendered. You must pay an additional delivery fee to reship any packages that were returned.
For last minute shipment delivery changes, holds or address changes, you must contact a FedEx representative. (1-800-GOFEDEX)
WINE CLUB
BENEFITS:
Club members receive 3 bottles of wine quarterly and receive 15% OFF retail and wine purchases. (Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promos.) Members will be the first to receive new releases, seasonal products and will have access to a private “Members Only” wine collection. VIP extras will also be available for each member during winery events.
AGREEMENT:
By registering, you are agreeing to purchase your first wine club package of $30.00(+tax). You are agreeing to enroll in the continual quarterly charge to the credit card listed on file for the product and/or shipping amounts listed in this agreement.
CLUB SELECTION SHIP:
If choosing to ship your product, you are agreeing to pay an additional FedEx shipping fee $25.00. CHAUTAUQUA VINEYARDS & WINERY CANNOT SHIP ALCOHOL TO MICHIGAN, MISSISSIPPI, UTAH, VIRGINIA OR KENTUCKY. ALABAMA RESIDENTS MUST SELECT AN ABC STATE STORE AS THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PER ALABAMA STATE RULES AND REGULATIONS. STATE TAXES WILL BE DUE AT THE TIME OF PICKUP. ADULT SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED BY LAW.
CLUB SELECTION PICKUP:
Pickup is free for a limited time of 60 days from the launch date. Pickup locations are set during the registration process, (Chautauqua Winery in DeFuniak Springs or Emerald Coast Wine Cellars in Miramar Beach) After the 60 day allotted time frame, a $25 FedEx shipping fee will be automatically charged and your product will be shipped to the address on file. An adult signature is required for delivery.
WINE SELECTIONS:
The selection of wines in packages are hand selected by the Winemaker each time and cannot be swapped. A combination of white and red will be included each time.
Members are solely responsible for the information inputted into the club database. Emails are the main source of communication between the winery and members. Emails will be sent notifying members of all necessary information needed. Each membership is permitted a maximum of two people on the account- one being the owner and the other being an authorized user/co-owner. The secondary person is permitted to receive all membership benefits and pickup the quarterly package on behalf of the owner. The two people listed on the account are the ONLY persons authorized to pickup club packages.
PRICE CHANGES:
Chautauqua Vineyards & Winery reserves the right to change pricing of Old Vine Wine Club wine selections or shipping to reflect market conditions with a three month notice.
CANCELLATIONS:
There are zero hidden fees or cancellation fees. Members have the right to cancel at anytime. This can be completed by logging in to the member account.
Pets are welcome but are required to be leashed or held and cannot enter the tasting room. As always, service animals have zero restrictions and can join their family anywhere.
